Fincurve reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any time and for any reason. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, limitations on availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or service descriptions or pricing, issues identified within an order, or where fraud, unauthorized activity, or unlawful conduct is suspected.
Fincurve shall not be liable for any failure or inability tocomplete a transaction, nor for any losses, damages, or inconveniences that may arise as a result of such refusal or cancellation.
3. Fees and Refund Policy
All fees paid for the final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, partial attendance, failure to access the content, change in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the Masterclass.
By enrolling in the Masterclass, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided once payment has been successfully processed, regardless of usage or participation level. This policy applies to all participants without exception.
In the event of any technical issues, delays, rescheduling, or modifications to the format, timing, orcontent of the Masterclass, Fincurve shall make reasonable efforts to providealternative access or solutions; however, such situations shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights that may be mandatorily provided under applicable law.

All course materials, content, and information provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Fincurve or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Such materials are made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

If the parties areunable to reach mutual agreement within 30 days of the dispute arising, theseat of arbitration shall as mutually decided by the parties, and the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration andConciliation Act, 1996. The proceedings shall be conducted in English.
